Expanse Physical Therapy is in network with Regence BlueShield and will bill them directly. For all other insurance plans we are an Out of Network provider and our cash rates will apply. Payment is expected at the time of service. If requested, you will be provided a detailed receipt, a Superbill, you can then submit to your insurance for any out of network available benefits and reimbursement.
