Expanse Physical Therapy is in network with Regence and Premera as well as most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans and will bill them directly. For all other insurance plans we are an Out of Network provider and our cash rates below will apply. If requested, you will be provided a detailed receipt, a Superbill, you can then submit to your insurance for any out of network available benefits and reimbursement.
